Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Who You're Contracting With
These Terms and Conditions are entered into between you and Flow HQ Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17370799. Flow HQ Ltd trades as "Flow". In these Terms, references to "Flow", "we", "us" or "our" mean Flow HQ Ltd.
Important
Flow is currently an early access service.
All withdrawal requests are reviewed individually.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval.
Eligibility
To use Flow you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- live in the United Kingdom;
- operate a TikTok Shop creator account;
- hold a UK bank account capable of receiving Faster Payments;
- provide accurate information.
How Flow Works
Flow allows eligible creators to request an advance against expected TikTok Shop earnings.
Current limits include:
- maximum withdrawal: £500
- maximum advance: 50% of available earnings
These limits may change.
Review Process
Each withdrawal request is reviewed individually.
We may:
- approve a request;
- decline a request;
- request additional information.
All decisions are made at Flow's discretion.
Fees
Flow currently charges a fee of 5% of the approved withdrawal amount.
You receive the full approved withdrawal amount today. The fee is added on top and collected, together with the withdrawal amount, from your next TikTok Shop payout — it is never deducted from the amount paid to you today.
For example, on a £500 withdrawal: you receive £500 today, the fee is £25, and £525 is collected from your next payout.
Your Responsibilities
You agree that:
- information you provide is accurate;
- uploaded screenshots are genuine;
- you will not attempt fraud;
- you will cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe:
- information is inaccurate;
- fraud has occurred;
- these Terms have been breached;
- continued use presents unacceptable risk.
No Financial Advice
Flow does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.
You should make your own decision about whether requesting an advance is appropriate for your circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding and content remain the property of Flow.
They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Flow is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Flow means you accept the updated Terms.
